Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The IA will work under direction of the Program Manger/Enterprise Architect.
  • Conduct audits of existing applications, systems based on clarity and usability best practices and prepare reports of findings and improvement recommendations.
  • Participates in the development and application of AFMS and DoD wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems.
  • Provides expert, independent services in areas relevant tparticular Enterprise Architecture office by supplying highly technical and specialized guidance concerning deployment of automated solutions tcomplex information processing problems.
  • Create detailed content inventories by understanding and researching business strategy, project objectives, and user requirements.
  • Architect complex content and information systems in tusage scenarios, content outlines, workflows, and wireframes.
  • Assist in the creation of standards, methodologies, and repeatable processes for information architecture development.
  • Provides recommendations for improving technical documentation, study reports, white papers, and general correspondence responsive tcustomer requests.
  • Assist in structuring proposals and preparing cost estimates. Effectively negotiate and influence project direction with alignment tstandards and best practices.
  • Support User Experience, PM EA Lead, partner, and other team members on strategies for clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends in information architecture and evaluate when and how it is appropriate tapply them tprojects.
